Hello beautiful human, welcome back to another episode of the Liberated Lover Podcast.

I'm okay. No one beat me up. I didn't do a crazy MMA training, even though that would probably be a way easier explanation. I have something called parasomnia, which basically means that I hallucinate in my sleep sometimes and will go sleepwalking. This time, I tripped, fell, and hurt my nose, which led to the bruise under my eye. So no, I didn’t get beaten up—I'm all fine, it's all good.

Actually, it looks really good right now. It's almost healed. It was way worse a week ago when it happened. This definition of parasomnia is new to me—I learned it last week when I went to see the doctor because of this accident. It’s really interesting what our dreams can do and how we function when we sleep. The subconscious is magical.


A Proven Method to Attract Deeper Love

Today is a very special episode because I am going to walk you through the proven method to attract deeper love—the love you are craving but can’t seem to find.

If you are someone who is still attracting the wrong ones, or if you keep meeting people who are not worth giving up your independence for, then this is for you. If you have a strong sense of self, know what you want, and know who you are, yet still lose yourself in the wrong relationships, this is for you.

Attraction is not a mindset game. It’s not about following all the gurus online, looking at all the quotes, and reposting them in your stories. That’s not what makes the change.

The change is in your body. Attraction is a feeling game. It’s literally energy in your body—feelings that create the energy you emit and that magnetize certain types of people toward you.

Breathwork is the quickest and most effective way to change who you attract, shift your magnetism, and adjust your "radio frequency" to align with the people you want in your life.

There are five blocks that hold you back from being magnetic to the right people, and I’m going to tell you what they are.

Getting Out of Your Head and Into Connection

The main thing I hear from clients, workshop attendees, and people in the Liberated Lover community is: I cannot seem to relax, to feel in my body, to get out of my head, and truly crave more connection. Sound familiar?

That desire for more—more connection, more depth, more sexual pleasure—can be really hard to access if we are stuck in our heads.

And this is something I resonate with deeply. I know I make podcast episodes and coach people through it now, but I used to be the person who was completely in my head about everything related to intimacy—both the sex part and, more so, the relational aspect.

For me, it wasn’t safe to be in my body, and honestly, I didn’t even know how. So many of us are taught to be in our heads, to overthink relationships, sexuality, and intimacy.

If that’s you too, know that you’re not alone. It’s very common. And more importantly—you can do something about it. It’s not rocket science.

When I was disconnected from my body, my love life was more about pleasing others than about pleasing myself. It became about performing and trying to be “good enough” in my relationships. But I was craving intimacy that set my soul on fire. I was yearning for that deeper connection. And that real safety to feel more sexual and to feel more connected both inside and outside of the bedroom.

Because I was disconnected, I was still attracting very disconnected people and relationships and connections—even toxic ones.

And that's no wonder, because my magnet—let’s say, my frequency—was tuned into a certain type of disconnection, because that was what I was feeling. So my feeling attracted that in other people. The people that were also not able to tap into that connection and into that intimacy with themselves—obviously, I attracted them. Because then we together could also not go to that level, go to that depth.

And it's just logic. You cannot go with someone else where you haven't been within yourself. You can't only meet someone to the depth that you've met yourself. That's a fact.


My First Breathwork Experience (and How It Changed Everything)

So if you are someone that keeps attracting a certain pattern in your love life, I guarantee you that when you make the changes within yourself, that will also change externally, which is what this is all about.

When I found breathwork—or sometimes they say breathwork finds you—I really do believe that. A lot of people wouldn't just be open-minded to trying something as holistic and unconventional as just breathing for an hour and releasing trauma and going into your body and your subconscious in such a way. But I did, and it really crossed my path in such a weird way that I still am like, wow, I could totally have missed this.

It was as simple as a person reaching out to me on Instagram DM. And I mean, I'm sure you get Instagram DMs all the time. Do you open them? Do you respond to them? Probably not.

Well, I didn't either, but this person just felt different. And to this day, he's one of my greatest mentors, and he's a good friend. And I'm still eternally grateful for his message. It was just a feeling that I was like, hmm, I want to just talk to this person.

We started a fitness program. He started coaching me on my fitness and my nutrition, which is not about breathwork, right?

But then he started implementing breathwork, and I did my first breathwork journey with him. That changed my life.

I remember my first breathwork journey was so peaceful. When I came out of it, my mind was completely still. I had never experienced stillness like that in my body. My mind just wasn't noisy. My body just felt so safe and so calm and so relaxed.

I didn't turn on my phone for 24 hours. I followed the breathwork journey online on my computer with my headphones in. And I came out, and I ate some healthy food. I had no desire to eat unhealthy food, which was a big thing for me before that—hence the nutrition coaching, right?

I didn't feel any desire to eat a lot or eat unhealthy things, and I didn't turn on my phone.

The next morning—because this was in the evening—I had to go to university. I took the train, went to class, and I still didn’t turn my phone on. I remember sitting on the train feeling high, giggling, just so in love with life.

It was the first time I truly felt divinity coursing through my body.


When Your Frequency Changes, So Does Your Love Life

I don’t remember what happened once I got to class. I probably was very connected in person. But I do remember that a couple of weeks later, I met my next partner.

The shit works. Like even for me, this works. A couple of weeks after my breathwork journey, I met my ex-boyfriend. We had a super, super deep connection and chemistry. I truly believe that because I was so cracked open, I could meet him.

And this is what happens over and over and over again with clients—students that go through Five Days of Breathwork with me. They meet new people.

There are two case studies on my website. Two testimonials from women who both hadn’t met anyone for years—and three weeks after completing the breathwork journey, they did.

One was Shira from the U.S. She said, “For three years I haven’t met anyone. I didn’t even text with anyone.” Her intention with the five days of breathwork was to open up to intimacy and a partner if it came.

Three weeks later, she texted me: “So... I met someone.” That person was already in her life—she just wasn’t open to seeing them as a match before.

The other was Laura from Germany. She said her love life had been reactivated in the five days of breathwork. A big wound had healed, and she met someone at a retreat soon after.

So this happens—to me, to clients. When you do breathwork, your magnet shifts. You open up to new possibilities. You open up to new people.


Why This Breathwork Is Different

The type of breathwork I teach is rooted in shamanism and somatics.

Shamanism helps create altered states of consciousness. It’s similar to plant medicine, like mushrooms—but breathwork is completely natural, using your own body. These altered states expand us spiritually and emotionally. We see visions, gain perspective, download insights.

Somatics is the science part. When you breathe in this way, blood flow shifts. It moves away from the prefrontal cortex (your analytical brain) and into the limbic brain (your emotional center). That means you overthink less and feel more.

You might cry—even without knowing why. You might feel anger, grief, or bliss. I’ve felt it all. And I’ve watched clients feel it all.

My first breathwork journeys were about finding peace. Later, my grief came. Then anger. It was layered. You release what your body is ready to release.


Why Online Breathwork Is a Safe, Powerful Entry Point

I’m so grateful I started breathwork online. I was in my bedroom. I felt safe. That allowed me to cry in ways I never had before.

Even now, online breathwork is my preference. I love retreats and in-person work too, but doing breathwork from the safety of your own space with a trusted guide? That opens you up in a whole different way.

You’re always in control. You can stop breathing deeper at any point. You’re the driver.


The 5 Blocks to Deeper Love (And How We Release Them)

From working with clients, I noticed the same five patterns in people who were struggling in dating or intimacy. These became the foundation for Five Days of Breathwork.

Each day targets one specific block. Releasing all five helps you attract a whole new level of intimacy.


Day 1: Releasing an Ex

Whether it’s recent or years ago, if you haven’t felt your grief fully, the past is still in your body. Day 1 helps you feel it and finally let it go—so you can fully move forward.
